Digital Analytics & CRO Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Analytics & CRO Specialist to join our Advisory & Design team at NoA Ignite.
You’ll work across client projects, combining digital analytics, conversion optimisation and consulting to help businesses understand how their digital channels perform and identify opportunities for improvement.
This role goes beyond reporting what is happening. We’re looking for someone who can understand why it is happening and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve user experience and conversion performance.
What you’ll do
Analyse website and digital product performance, including traffic, user behaviour, conversion funnels, drop-off points and key business outcomes.
Turn analytical findings into clear CRO recommendations and hypotheses for improving user experience and conversion performance.
Identify optimisation opportunities across landing pages, customer journeys, forms, navigation, content and other key website elements.
Set up, maintain and troubleshoot web analytics and tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Define relevant events, conversions and KPIs together with clients and project teams.
Create reports and dashboards that help clients understand performance and make better business decisions.
Work with Consent Management Platforms and Google Consent Mode, reviewing implementations to ensure consent signals and analytics tracking work correctly.
Combine quantitative analytics with behavioural insights from tools such as Hotjar or similar platforms.
Support the creation and prioritisation of experimentation and A/B testing hypotheses.
Present insights and recommendations to clients in a clear, business-oriented way.
Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, marketers and other specialists to turn insights into improvements.
Contribute to developing NoA Ignite’s capabilities and best practices within CRO and digital analytics.
What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, including configuration, event tracking, conversion measurement and analysis.
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, with the ability to implement and troubleshoot tracking independently.
Experience analysing user behaviour, conversion funnels, acquisition channels and website performance.
Good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and the ability to turn data into insights, hypotheses and actionable recommendations.
Experience creating dashboards and data visualisations using tools such as Google Data Studio or similar.
Practical understanding of Consent Management Platforms and Google Consent Mode, including reviewing and troubleshooting consent and analytics implementations.
Understanding of experimentation and A/B testing principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with curiosity about why users behave the way they do.
Ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both specialist and non-specialist stakeholders.
Professional command of English.
Nice to have
Experience planning, running or evaluating A/B tests and digital experiments.
Experience with behavioural analytics tools such as Hotjar or similar.
Basic knowledge of BigQuery, SQL or other data analysis environments.
Experience with other MarTech platforms, including CDPs, personalisation or experimentation tools; knowledge of Optimizely would be a plus.
Understanding of UX, customer journeys and user research methods.
Experience working in a consulting, agency or multi-client environment.
Experience with B2B marketing, e-commerce or other conversion-focused digital products and platforms.
Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Ads.

Regular: 10 000 - 15 000 PLN gross (UOP) / 80 - 120 pln/h (B2B).
