We're looking for a Mid or Senior React Native Developer who enjoys building modern mobile applications, solving real technical challenges, and collaborating with experienced colleagues in an open and supportive environment.

The role

As a React Native Developer at NoA Ignite, you'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. You'll take part in technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape products from early discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Designing and developing new mobile features.

• Maintaining and improving existing applications.

• Collaborating with designers, backend developers, and clients.

• Participating in product discovery, technical research, and workshops.

• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Supporting releases to the App Store and Google Play.

• Sharing knowledge and collaborating with teammates to continuously improve engineering practices.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys building high-quality mobile applications, values clean and maintainable code, and takes ownership of their work. You're curious, eager to learn, comfortable working directly with clients, and enjoy collaborating with experienced teammates.

Must have

• Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of iOS and Android platforms, their APIs, conventions, and differences.

• Professional experience developing mobile applications.

• Communicate complex ideas and fluently influence discussions in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.

• Experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console.

• Experience building and publishing NPM packages.

• Experience with automated testing (Jest, Detox).

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

• Experience working with Fastlane.

• Experience working in a monorepo environment.

• Experience building cross-platform applications with React Native Web.

What can we offer?

• Salary range:
  Regular: 10 000 - 15 000 PLN gross (UOP) / 80 - 120 pln/h (B2B).
  Senior: 15 000 - 20 000 PLN gross (UOP) / 120 - 154 pln/h (B2B).
