Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will have direct contact with our customers – building and growing these relationships will be in your hands.

- Planning, organizing, and controlling activities related to IT products or services, and the development of their functionalities.
- Managing the schedule, budget, and scope of projects, while monitoring KPI metrics and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Resolving questions and uncertainties, investigating risks, and taking action to manage them.
- Implementing best practices based on recognized project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL).
- Collaborating with talented people from different countries, meeting clients, and working closely with them.
- Taking care of your colleagues and steering the ship towards the chosen destination.
- Making sure that your customers are looked after and satisfied with your team’s support.
- Learning by experience.
Does this sound like you?
- You have at least 2–3 years’ professional experience in managing small to medium-sized IT projects, including support & maintenance activities (we will consider Product Owners as well).
- You have knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them in practice, (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL); PMI/PRINCE2 certificate would be an asset.
- You have cooperated directly with customers and successfully organised and led different initiatives and/or projects in international markets.
- You have experience working with technical teams and in a multi-project environment.
- You have strong communication skills with both clients and project teams.
- You are a team player, open to uncertainty and diversity.
- You are proactive and willing to work on your own initiative.
- You are reliable and respectful, with high ethical standards.
- Speaking and writing in both Polish and English comes naturally to you (C1/C2 Level)
