We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and strengthen our ABM and lead generation efforts. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse content formats and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for B2B marketing, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to position NoA Ignite as a thought leader in MarTech and web ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Content Creation

• Focus on creating digital content to support ABM and lead generation processes (80%) and the sales process (20%).
• Produce and manage diverse content formats (e.g., articles, white papers, social posts, and potentially videos) for multiple channels.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the local commercial team and occasionally collaborate with the global marketing team.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to extract insights and ensure content aligns with company expertise.

3. Research and Insights

• Conduct thorough research to gather trends, data, and customer pain points to inform high-quality content creation.
• Stay updated on MarTech trends, particularly in the context of web ecosystems and Optimizely CMS.

4. Value-Driven Marketing/Content

• Prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on creating content that solves specific client problems and delivers real value.
• Develop compelling narratives to position NoA as a thought leader in MarTech and web ecosystems.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or MarTech industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, particularly in web ecosystems and CMS platforms.
• Fluent English skills, with the ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
• Proven experience in content creation for ABM campaigns and lead generation.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to create content that addresses and resolves client pain points.
• Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working within cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive approach with a self-starter mindset, actively seeking insights and opportunities for content improvement.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in organizing online or offline events to enhance engagement.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for creating visual content.
