The Customer Success department is a part of the NoA Ignite Poland company.

Our over-arching goal is to build long-term digital partnerships with our clients. Our strong belief is that we can leverage this to build even stronger partnerships by adding new value propositions. Our capacity is centered around initiatives that best help our clients achieve Digital SuccessWorking in the Customer Success department means working with several clients with different challenges. We are working with .Net and have a lot of clients developing their products using Episerver/Optimizely. We value a proactive approach and thinking about delivering the maximum value for our clients. Working in the CS department means having a strong impact on the way we develop the products for our clients. We use the latest/best tools and frameworks!

 We would like you to:

• Have at least 2 years of working experience as a .NET Developer.
• Have a SOLID understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
• Be familiar with the .NET Framework and tools like Visual Studio, Git, or other version control systems.
• Be familiar with ASP.NET MVC.
• Have working experience in JavaScript including frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, or Dojo (one is enough).
• Be able to communicate well in English.
• Be open-minded and keen on learning new technologies.
• Having experience with CMS and/or eCommerce solutions would be an asset but is not mandatory.
• Having experience with cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure Cloud would be an asset but is not mandatory.

What are your daily tasks? 

• Design, build and implement web applications & technology platforms.
• Write clean, scalable code using C# programming language.
• Collaborate with Senior .NET devs, Frontend devs, Designers, PM, and other team members.
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
• Deliver high-quality web solutions for our Scandinavian clients.
• Last, but not least, remain up to date with the new technologies, concepts, and best practices for coding.
