NoA Ignite is looking for a part-time Junior IT Support Specialist – a final year student or fresh bachelor/master degree graduate. Together with Mateusz and Adam (both with extensive IT knowledge and experience), you will be involved in IT Infrastructure tasks in our Scandinavian Software House in Kraków.

Recruitment process:

  1. Apply – we review your CV.
  2. Interview (technical & HR) – we’ll have an interview with you, covering technical skills and knowledge, your interests, motivation.
  3. Final decision and feedback.

What will you be doing? 

  • Onboarding and offboarding NoA Igniters
  • Introducing new employees to our IT systems
  • Installations and configurations of workstations with InTune and JAMF.
  • Resolving user queries about hardware and software problems.
  • Taking care of cloud-based services such as Office 365.
  • Asset and license management, tagging equipment, ensuring correctness of data and documentation.
  • Basic network maintenance.

Does this sound like you?


  • A final year student or fresh bachelor/master degree graduate or 1-year relevant experience.
  • A team player with very good communication skills.
  • Available to work 2-3 days per week.
  • Ready to join us in Kraków for work in a hybrid model (in the office and remotely).
  • Good written and spoken both Polish and English.
  • Keen to develop in the area of systems support.

Soft skills needed:

  • Structured and analytical approach to gathering, analysing, and presenting data.
  • Customer and service-oriented.
  • Results-driven.
  • Well organized with good time management abilities.
  • Proactive and efficient (like to get things done). 
  • Self-reliant (ability to work on your own initiative).

Technical skills needed:

  • Knowledge of IT hardware equipment.
  • Good knowledge of MacBooks, Windows PCs, and Microsoft Office 365. 
  • Practical understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Basic network configuration knowledge (IP addressing, subnets, ports, and protocols).
  • Active Directory accounts management.
  • Understanding and troubleshooting network, hardware, and software.
  • Basic concepts of IT security.
