As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will take ownership of NoA Ignite’s day-to-day SEO operations. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and continually optimising SEO strategies to improve organic search performance both for and for our clients. This role suits candidates who have proven experience of analytics, reporting, content strategy, and technical SEO as well as a passion for learning.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Manage’s content strategy and technical infrastructure
  • Perform keyword research to identify new content opportunities
  • Monitor, identify, and communicate technical optimisation opportunities, including but not limited to redirects, canonical tags, metadata, page speed, core web vitals, schema, and more
  • Build and take ownership of our SEO tools stack
  • Lead internal training sessions to increase company-wide search optimisation knowledge and best practices
  • Support our content & design team and other internal teams as needed
  • Develop SEO strategies for potential external clients

Who are you?

An ideal candidate would have:

  • Have at least 4 years’ relevant experience (agency or in-house), including some international projects
  • Have experience using a wide range of SEO tools (including Google Analytics and Google Search Console)
  • Are proficient and experienced with technical SEO (for example XML sitemaps, canonicalisation, page rendering, hreflang, robots.txt, redirects)
  • Have experience with site crawlers and log file analyses
  • Are happy to take responsibility for your work
  • Enjoy working independently
  • Have experience in communicating directly with customers
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Have at least basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Are passionate about online marketing
  • Have exceptional communication skills in English

  • Salary range: 8 000 - 14 000 PLN/GROSS (UoP) or 63 – 111 PLN/h (B2B).
